Central Vacuum Service, Repair & Maintenance Terms - Service Call-Out Charges
At ProVac Solutions Ltd, we provide professional inspection, servicing, repair and maintenance of central vacuum systems for residential properties throughout the UK. Our aim is to ensure your system continues to operate efficiently, reliably and safely through expert assessment, preventative maintenance and quality repairs.
Our standard service call-out charges are:

Within the London M25: £160.00

Outside the London M25 from: £180.00, depending on postcode.
The call-out fee covers the engineer’s visit, system assessment and initial diagnostic inspection.
If a return visit is required due to additional repairs, replacement parts, or further work being identified after the initial inspection, a further call-out charge may apply.
Any additional costs, including parking charges, congestion charges, delivery charges or specialist requirements, will be added to the final invoice where applicable.

Although blockages are uncommon, they can occasionally occur within the pipework system.
Our blockage investigation service includes inspection using specialist equipment, including an endoscope camera where required.

Most blockages can normally be cleared within the initial service period.
